I was looking over the Seattle PI Friday morning, looking for Ballard’s state game last night and I came across a great article about a former Hoopaholics player and friend of mine, Chris Banchero. He was actually the first player ever to train with Hoopaholics, back when it was just me training players at random gyms. This article shows how a great, motivated player demonsrates what the true meaning of being part of team and university is.
Most players in his position would be solely focused on his own situation but Chris showed his real character here and I couldn’t be more proud of him. Chris is a tremendous talent, showing that at O’Dea winning 3 state titles, at Seattle Pacific University and becoming an All-American and will carry this talent and great attitude moving on to the professional level.
Here's the article: SPU's Banchero can only say thank you after season-ending injury.
